Any estimated timelines, performance outcomes, or project milestones are provided in good faith and may be affected by client responsiveness, third-party platforms, hosting providers, payment processors, government agencies, vendors, internet service providers, acts of nature, emergencies, or other circumstances outside of our control.

5. System Availability

We strive to maintain the availability, functionality, and security of our website, client portals, hosted systems, and digital services.

However, TurnKey Solutions does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Access may be affected by maintenance, updates, technical issues, internet outages, cybersecurity events, third-party service interruptions, or other factors beyond our control.

TurnKey Solutions’ total liability for any claim related to our website, services, or agreements shall not exceed the amount paid to TurnKey Solutions for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law or stated in a separate written agreement.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, deposits, retainers, and service termination terms are subject to the applicable proposal, invoice, contract, subscription agreement, or service agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments for completed work, active subscriptions, third-party costs, setup fees, custom development, design work, consulting time, hosting, maintenance, or other services already performed may be non-refundable.
