Service Delivery Policy

TurnKey Solutions, LLC provides professional digital, technical, creative, marketing, consulting, hosting, maintenance, and related business services. No physical goods are shipped unless specifically stated in a separate written agreement.

1. Service Delivery

Services provided by TurnKey Solutions are generally delivered electronically, digitally, virtually, or through direct client coordination.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Website design and development
  • Software development
  • Hosting and maintenance
  • Digital marketing and communications
  • Branding and graphic design
  • Photography, videography, and content creation
  • Consulting and technical support
  • Project management and implementation services

Specific deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, and delivery methods may be further described in a proposal, quote, invoice, contract, statement of work, or service agreement.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Service delivery timeframes vary depending on the type of service, project scope, client responsiveness, required approvals, third-party platforms, and other project needs.

Estimated delivery timeframes may be provided in the applicable proposal, quote, invoice, contract, statement of work, or service agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, any timelines provided by TurnKey Solutions are estimates and may be adjusted based on project requirements, requested revisions, delays in client feedback, availability of materials, third-party service timelines, or other circumstances outside of our control.

3. Confirmation

Clients may receive confirmation of service requests, payments, project updates, or completed deliverables by email, invoice, proposal, client portal, project management system, messaging platform, or other communication method used by TurnKey Solutions.

4. Delays

Service delivery timelines may be affected by:

  • Incomplete or delayed client submissions
  • Delayed approvals, feedback, or decision-making
  • Changes in project scope
  • Additional revision requests
  • Third-party platform, vendor, hosting, payment processor, software, or licensing delays
  • Technical issues, outages, cybersecurity events, or internet interruptions
  • Emergency conditions, natural disasters, power outages, or events beyond our control

TurnKey Solutions will make reasonable efforts to communicate delays and provide updated timelines when possible.

5. Digital Delivery and No Shipping

Most TurnKey Solutions services are delivered digitally or through professional service work. No physical shipping is required unless a specific project includes printed materials, physical equipment, merchandise, media production items, or other tangible goods.

If physical delivery is required, delivery terms, costs, and timelines will be addressed separately in the applicable proposal, invoice, agreement, or project communication.
