THE local judiciary, in partnership with TurnKey Solutions and TriMin Systems, will launch phase one of its new e-recording services platform at 11 a.m. today.
Turnkey Solutions is a local firm while TriMin Systems is based in St. Paul, Minnesota.
The platform will “provide the Commonwealth with an integrated online portal for submitting documents for recording and research recorded documents, maps, and images.”
In a presentation before the Saipan Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday afternoon, Turnkey Solutions co-managing partner Billy Grow said the project is user-friendly, and is available in different languages — including Carolinian, Chamorro and other Micronesian languages. It also has a quicker process, is convenient, has a 24/7 e-filing feature, and accepts most major credit cards.
Among those joining Grow on Wednesday were his co-managing partners Broc Calvo and Jerry Lin, NMI Director of Courts Sonia A. Camacho, Commonwealth Recorder Kelsey G. Aldan, TriMin Systems President Dave Mackay, and Product Manager Erin Hultgren.

“We’re excited to launch this project. We’ve been working on this for almost a year. I’m excited to be able to have this system in place for the public,” Grow said.
Users can access the Commonwealth Recorder’s Office’s new e-recording services platform via https://cro.nmijudiciary.gov/.
