We’re proud to celebrate five years of service to the CNMI and the Pacific region. What began as a simple conversation between three friends—Broc Calvo, Billy Grow, and Jerry Lin—about the need for better online solutions in the CNMI has grown into a thriving business dedicated to providing comprehensive solutions for government agencies, non-profits, and private businesses.

Over the past five years, our team has expanded to seven members, each bringing unique skills that have allowed us to broaden our services. These now include the CNMI’s first-ever e-recording software for land documents, the management of over 50 websites, media services, and comprehensive marketing and communications support. Our tagline, “A TurnKey Solution,” truly reflects our commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Our success is deeply rooted in the trust and support of our clients and community. From the beginning, they believed in our vision, allowing us to grow and thrive in this dynamic region. It’s their unwavering confidence in our work that has driven us to innovate, improve, and continually deliver the best possible solutions.

Equally important is our incredible staff, whose dedication and talent have brought to life the vision of what we imagined a “TurnKey Solution” could be five years ago. They embody the values and commitment that we set out to achieve, and their contributions have been essential to our growth and success.

We’ve also remained dedicated to giving back to the community that has supported us from the start. Through the TurnKey Foundation, we’ve sponsored sporting events, community initiatives, and various non-profits, supporting causes and organizations that make a positive impact in the CNMI.
